Ингредиенты

Творог 9%
400 гр.
Яйца
2 шт.
Соль
1 ч.л.
Сахар
1 ст.л.
Ванилин Айдиго Купить
по вкусу
Мука
120 гр.
Масло сливочное
50 гр.
4 Пряности для выпечки Айдиго Купить
по желанию

Приготовление с пошаговыми фото

Творог разминаем, добавляем 2 яйца, вымешиваем до однородной массы.
Добавляем соль и сахар, ванилин, муку, снова вымешиваем.
Из получившегося теста делаем колбаску, режем ее на равные кусочки и бросаем в кипящую воду на 2-5 минут.
После того, как вареники всплыли, достаем их, смазываем сливочным маслом и подаем со сметаной или вареньем. Приятного аппетита!
