Приготовить тесто: в теплый кефир добавить масло, сахар, соль и перемешать.
Смешать дрожжи с мукой и потихоньку добавлять кефир.
Хорошо перемешать и оставить на 30 минут.
Приготовить начинку: рыбу размять вилкой, добавить майонез, измельченный лук, натертый сыр и приправу. Все хорошо перемешать.
Тесто раскатать.
На раскатанное тесто выложить по кругу начинку.
Завернуть боковые края на начинку. Оставшуюся серединку разделить от центра к закатанным краям на 8 частей. Каждую часть (лепесток) закинуть изнутри на загнутый бортик с начинкой, закрепить.
Должен получиться пирог-"баранка".
Выпекать при 180 градусах около 30-35 минут. Приятного аппетита!
