Вкуснейшие заварные пирожные с начинкой из сливочного крема.

Ингредиенты

Сливки жирностью более 30%
200 мл + 3 ст. л.
Сахар-песок
1 ст. л. + 3 ст. л. для глазури
Какао порошок, 100г Купить
4 ст. л. для глазури
Масло сливочное
50 г + 50 г для глазури
Вода
250 г
Яйцо куриное
4 шт.
Мука пшеничная
180 г
Соль
1/2 ч. л.

Приготовление с пошаговыми фото

В горячей воде растопить 50 г сливочного масла, посолить.
Добавить муку, мешать, на медленном огне 3 минуты.
Остудить до теплого состояния. По одному вмешать яйца.
С помощью кондитерского мешка выложить заготовки на противень, застеленный пергаментом для выпечки.
Выпекать в разогретом до 170 градусов духовом шкафу 35 – 40 минут.
Для глазури 50 г сливочного масла, 3 ст. л. сливок, 3 ст. л. сахарного песка и какао довести до кипения на медленном огне, помешивая, пока не получится однородная масса. Снять с огня, дать немного остыть.
Взбить сливки с сахаром (1 ст. л.) до устойчивых пиков.
Начинить остывшие заготовки кремом.
Полить глазурью, украсить миндальными лепестками или кокосовой стружкой. Эклеры готовы. Приятного аппетита!

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting
my own weblog and was wondering what all is required to
