Проколоть острым ножом мясо в нескольких местах.
Сделать маринад: оливковое масло, сок лимона и пряности смешать, добавить соль.
Натереть получившемся маринадом мясо и оставить на 1 час.
Обжарить мясо на среднем огне на сковороде. Каждые 5 минут мясо необходимо переворачивать.
Через 15 минут обжарки закрыть мясо крышкой, в зависимости от толщины мясо готовить от 5 до 20 минут.
