Помидоры и болгарский перец пропустить через мясорубку, добавить соль, сахар горошины перца, красный перец и растительное масло. Варить 15 минут.
Нарезанный огурцы добавить к овощам, варить 10 минут.
За 3 минуты до конца варки добавить мелконарезанный чеснок и уксус.
Разлить по банкам, закатать и укутать до полного остывания. Приятного аппетита!
