Маково-сахарные колечки
Очень простой рецепт из разряда «быстро, дешево и вкусно» — используются только самые доступные продукты, что весьма актуально в кризис.
Потребуется:
• 1 стакан кефира или иного кисломолочного продукта (я чаще беру наринэ, которое готовлю сама) — лучше комнатной температуры;
• 1 яйцо;
• 3/4 стакана сахара;
• 1/2 пачки ванильного сахара;
• щепотка соли;
• 1/2 стакана растительного масла;
• 450г муки (может быть немного меньше или больше — зависит от влажности муки); я обычно беру муку 1 сорта, хотя из муки высшего сорта колечки получаются немного привлекательнее;
• 2 ч.л. соды (не гасить — сода сама погасится кефиром в ходе выпечки).
