Манник с маком
манная крупа — 2 стакана
кефир — 2 стакана
сахар — 1 стакан
сухой мак — 1 стакан
яйца — 5 шт
сливочное масло — 80-100 г
мука — 2 ст. ложки
разрыхлитель — 1 ч. ложка
гашеная сода — 1/2 ч. ложки
сахарная пудра — для украшения
шоколад — для украшения
Шаг 1 Всыпать через сито манную крупу в миску и залить ее кефиром. Вбить яйца, добавить сахар. Перемешать и дать настояться массе в течение 10 минут. Добавить мак, перемешать.
Шаг 2 Разрыхлитель смешать с мукой (соду добавлять по желанию, можно и без неё).
Шаг 3 Муку с разрыхлителем доавить в тесто и тщательно перемешать.
Шаг 4 Влить в тесто растопленное сливочное масло. Еще раз тщательно перемешать.
Шаг 5 Форму смазать маслом и можно дно застелить пергаментом, выложить тесто форму.
Шаг 6 Поместить в нагретую до t 180 градусов духовку и выпекать около 30-40 минут, до готовности (пробовать, до сухой спички).
Шаг 7 Вынуть из духовки и переложить на плоское блюдо. Дать маннику немного стыть, после чего украсить сахарной пудрой, или, полить растопленным шоколадом.
