Вначале чуть слышный хруст, затем сахарный взрыв, осколки которого оседают в уголках губ, в то время как сладкий вкус начинки уже растекается во рту…
Макаро́н(макарун) - французское кондитерское изделие из яичных белков, сахара и молотого миндаля. Обычно делается в форме печенья; между двумя слоями кладут крем или варенье.
Приготовление:
Белки отделить от желтков
Взбить до устойчивой пены
Продолжая взбивать добавить сахар--песок и взбивать до твердых пиков
Ко взбитым белкам просеять миндальную муку и сахарную пудру
Осторожно и бережно перемешать массу до однородного состояния
По желанию, разделить тесто на две части и покрасить при помощи красителей
Противень застелить пекарской бумагой
Переложить в кондитерский мешок и сформировать будущие макаруны
Встряхнуть противень и оставить в сторону на 1 час
Духовку разогреть до 140°C, выпекать 15 минут
Дать остыть
Крем сыр размять
Добавить сахарную пудру и молоко и перемешать до однородного состояния
Соединить макаруны при помощи крема и варенья
