Чашу мультиварки смазать маслом и присыпать мукой.
Выложить тесто и выпекать в режиме «выпечка» 1 час.
Для крема взбить сливки с сахарной пудрой до пиков, добавить маскарпоне, взбить
Бисквит остудить на решетке
Разрезать на 3 коржа
Абрикосы измельчить с помощью блендера или другим удобным способом.
Промазать каждый корж абрикосовым пюре и кремом.
Собрать торт, оформить кремом
По желанию оформить глазурью, посыпкой, кокосовой стружкой, миндальными лепестками…
Дать настояться 4-8 часов.
