<p>Булочки с маком из слоенного теста. 500 г - слоенного теста 1 стакан мака 1 стакан кипятка 1 белок и (1 желток+1 ч.л.молока для смазывания) 0,5 стак.сахара изюм — 100-150 грамм Приготовление: За это время необходимо, пока тесто размораживается, мак залить крутым кипятком и оставить для набухания. Промыть и замочить изюм. После того, как тесто разморозится — немного раскатать его или растянуть руками. Взбить белок и сахар, добавить процеженный мак и размешать хорошенько. Эту смесь нанести на тесто, посыпать изюмом и, если любите по слаще, добавить немного сахара. Свернуть рулет, разрезать на небольшие кусочки, дать немного постоять. Затем смазать желтком, смешав его с молоком и посыпать немного маком. Выложить булочки на противень, застеленный пекарской бумагой и поставить, разогрев духовку до 180 градусов на 15-18 минут.
