Чтобы приготовить чиа-пудинг (на 2 порции) нужно взять 200 мл. растительного молока, добавить пакетик молочной смеси «Коктейль тропический» , 1,5 банана и 2-3 ст. л. семян чиа. Все смешать блендером.
Вылить смесь в форму и оставить на ночь. Семена за ночь набухнут и придадут нужную густую консистенцию пудингу.
Утром украсить по желанию фруктами, ягодами, мюсли и т. п.
