Тмин семена Купить

1 ст. л.

Мука пшеничная высший сорт Купить

2 стакана

Мука ржаная цельносмолотая Гарнец Купить

2 стакана

Вода

1 стакан

Оливковое масло Pietro Coricelli Pomace 1000 мл Купить

- 2 ст. л.

Дрожжи хлебопекарные сушеные Купить

2 ч. л.

Сахар-песок "Русский" Купить

1/2 ч. л.

Соль морская мелкая Купить

1 ч. л.

Купить специи и приправы

Приготовление с пошаговыми фото

В чаше соединить дрожжи, сахар, соль стакан воды и один стакан просеянной, пшеничной муки. Тщательно перемешать, накрыть и убрать опару в теплое место на 1-2 часа

К дошедшей опаре добавить оливковое масло, семена тмина и всю оставшуюся муку. Тщательно вымесить в течении 5-10 минут, накрыть и убрать в теплое место на 90 минут

Рабочую поверхность присыпать мукой, вымесить и сформировать хлеб. Перенести на застеленный пергаментом противень. Накрыть полотенцем дать расстоятся 1 час

Сделать надрезы и выпекать в увлаженной духовке 30-40 минут, t=200˚C Приятного аппетита!
